For 16+ years I've worked at the messy intersection of supply chain and software, and learned one thing the hard way: in freight, the problem is rarely the algorithm. I'm Director of Product Management at Freightender, building an AI-powered logistics procurement ecosystem for freight forwarders globally, after leading the agentic AI suite at Winmore and owning the freight Source-to-Pay stack at Infor and GT Nexus. The tools have changed, from configurable workflows to classical ML to LLMs to agents, but the problem set has stayed remarkably consistent.
Work
Below are some of my recent projects. Please request for the complete walkthrough of the locked projects.
01
Database-Connected AI Chatbot
Built a chatbot in five stages, from a plain OpenAI call to a system that holds conversation memory, calls external tools and answers questions from a live database.
02
Podcast Search Engine and MCP Server
Built a semantic search engine over a large library of product and technology podcast transcripts, then wrapped it as an MCP server so an AI assistant could search the library, keep notes and run research briefs directly.
03
Personal AI Agent with Voice
Built an agent that searches and reads the web, remembers me between sessions, runs a job search from my resume, and answers the phone, with the chat and the voice line sharing one memory.
Thoughts & Ideas
Notes on building AI and agentic products for freight, why logistics data breaks models before models break, and what it takes for an ops team to actually trust automation.
Reliable Enough to Trust at 2 AM: Shipping Agentic AI Into Freight Ops
Why I Chose to Rebuild Tender Management Instead of Bolting AI Onto It
In Freight, the Problem Is Rarely the Algorithm
Experience
Sixteen years in one problem space, from Product Analyst on a freight management system for the world's Top 5 forwarders to Director of Product Management leading AI-powered logistics procurement.
Good AI in logistics isn't about being clever, it's about being reliable enough that an ops team trusts it at 2 AM when something goes sideways.
Stack
The tools I use to run freight procurement roadmaps, keep globally distributed engineering, design, and data science teams aligned, and pressure-test AI workflows before an ops team ever sees them.
